Residential Program · Naples, FL

Residential developmental soccer academy

A six-month, full-immersion academy for players ready to thrive in any environment — on the field, in the classroom and in the mind. Led by Coach Enoch Showunmi & Coach Stewart Flaherty.

About the program

Built to make you thrive anywhere

A flaw exists in the current youth coaching model: players learn one style, struggle in college, and then the style gets blamed. If you truly want to reach the top, you must be able to thrive in a range of environments — and that is exactly what we teach.

Every game is filmed, and players get classroom sessions on how to build a highlight reel that works for their position. Individual and team performances are evaluated and reviewed after each game in a group setting.

Some players will struggle against advanced opposition — and that's the point. Instead of massaging the environment to guarantee success, we provide connection, mentoring and honest written evaluations that guide real development.

Weekly sport-psychology lessons are delivered on campus by the Erimus Sport Psychology staff — 16 years of experience with athletes from MLS, UFC, professional boxing and college sport. Tactical education features professional and college coaches breaking down games so players learn to see through a coach's eye.

Founder & Coach

Enoch Showunmi

Coach Enoch played over 400 professional games in the English and Scottish professional leagues and also represented the Nigeria full national team. Having been rejected multiple times from youth academies while young and signed pro relatively late, he is passionate about boosting players up the levels of the game who may have been overlooked for different reasons.

Coach

Stewart Flaherty

Coach Flaherty helped develop over 70 future professionals in the college and USL League Two ranks before coaching in the professional ranks himself. Having never played professionally, he had to work harder and study longer than most peers to reach the levels he reached in coaching — a concept he carries into developing and ascending the players within our program.
